We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Director to oversee our multi-site operations and play a pivotal role in shaping the future success of our esteemed brand.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve business goals and enhance profitability across all sites.
* Multi-Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple venues, ensuring consistency in service excellence, brand standards, and guest satisfaction.
* Financial Performance: Drive revenue growth, manage budgets, and monitor financial performance to meet and exceed targets.
* Team Development: Lead, mentor, and inspire General Managers and site teams to deliver exceptional results, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the owner and site-level teams, providing regular updates on operational performance and strategic initiatives.
* Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain efficient systems, processes, and procedures to optimize operations and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations.
* Guest Experience: Champion a guest-focused culture, ensuring each venue delivers memorable, luxury experiences in line with Caprice Holdings’ reputation.
* Innovation and Growth: Identify opportunities for expansion, concept development, and process improvements to maintain competitive edge.
* Charity and Community Engagement: Support and promote Caprice Holdings’ involvement in social responsibility initiatives, enhancing the brand’s reputation and community connections.
Key Requirements:
* Proven track record as an Operations Director or in a senior leadership role overseeing multiple sites in the luxury hospitality sector.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams at all levels.
* Exceptional understanding of financial management, budgeting, and P&L accountability.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with the owner, senior management, and site teams.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and can manage competing priorities effectively.
* Commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality, service, and presentation.
* Forward-thinking with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
* Willingness to travel frequently to all sites and work flexible hours as required.
