The Role:
* Lead SQL Server database admin, optimisation and performance
* Develop T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, and views
* Ensure data security, compliance, and disaster recovery
* Mentor junior team members and analysts
* Contribute to high-performance systems and dashboards
About You:
* Strong SQL Server DBA and T-SQL development experience
* Confident in performance tuning and SSIS packages
* Knowledge of database security and DR best practices
* Experience mentoring or leading within technical teams
* Comfortable working with large datasets in secure settings
