MEP Design Manager Building Services / Construction Principal Contractor Essex / Hybrid Working A multi-disciplinary, Building Services led Principal Contractor requires an MEP Design Manager to oversee and coordinate the design management of a significant Data Centre project in Essex. Engage with clients and stakeholders to prepare project briefs, conduct feasibility studies, and strategic infrastructure planning. Develop and manage design delivery schedules, scope-of-work, and contract documents. Negotiate with consulting firms, suppliers, and subcontractors. Support construction teams with design input, quality assurance, and risk management. Conduct site inspections and ensure thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
