The Role:
We are recruiting for an exciting Administrator position (Temp), part of the Her Majesty`s Courts and Tribunals Service admin team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within the Public Sector and provide an essential service that has a diverse organisation with a wide variety.
You will deliver a wide range of admin work; you`ll be contributing towards helping create a more effective, less costly and more responsive justice system for everyone. This includes supporting administration, supporting our independent judiciary and driving improvements across several courts and tribunals in Northampton.
Please Note: You will be working 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with a pay rate of £11.88.
These are temporary contracts with a possibility of an extension.
What will be your primary responsibilities?
" Preparing papers and files for court, tribunals, hearings and meetings.
" Producing court/tribunal documents.
" General photocopying and filing.
" Creating and updating records on in-house computer system and data input.
" Post opening and dispatch.
" Booking, preparing and organising meeting rooms, supporting training courses and other group activities.
" Preparing meeting agenda, joining instructions, handouts etc.
