Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the leading care providers in the UK.
Based in our Head Office in Bangor, Co. Down you will be responsible for all social media and communication activities, to raise the profile of the company and increase positive engagement.
About The Role
1. Responsible for the development of our social media and communication strategies.
2. Implement our social media and communication strategies including campaigns.
3. Develop campaigns that promote the brand including PPC, Facebook and Google Ads.
4. To be actively involved in developing and implementing digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
5. Create engaging text, image, email and video content for our social media, company website and internal communications.
6. Track the performance analytics of campaigns, including engagement, SEO and web traffic.
7. To be actively involved in our recruitment process to achieve recruitment goals.
8. Establish and engage with a network of professionals, influencers and other stakeholders.
9. Ensure effective, up to date, positive communication to staff and service users.
10. Drafting and distributing press releases, fact sheets etc.
11. Stay up-to-date with changes and trends in all social media platforms and digital technologies.
12. To work as part of the marketing and recruitment team.
13. Any other tasks that the Company may reasonably require you from time to time to do any work within your capacity and which is necessary for the needs of the business.
Requirements:
1. Creative mind and excellent communication skills (oral and written).
2. Excellent knowledge of social media platforms.
3. Proficient in MS Office.
4. Work well under pressure.
5. Prior experience in social media, communications or marketing.
