We are recruiting for a Marketing and Events Assistant to join our Recruitment Team where you'll be providing administrative support, event coordination and social media content creation to enable delivery of our marketing campaign strategy across the Trust. This includes helping with organising and attending events, creating and posting social media content, creating PageTiger resources and publications, producing reports, candidate communication and general admin tasks. This role is based at our Littlemore Mental Health Centre in Oxford, with hybrid working available. You'll join a small Marketing & Events team within our Recruitment function where you'll be working closely with Talent Acquisition team to ensure recruitment attraction objectives are achieved. Adjustments can be considered in line with the Equality Act 2010 where required., Day to day support for Marketing and Events Manager, allowing them to focus on events and marketing campaign development to meet the needs of the Trust, ensuring quality, consistency and brand standards are maintained across all events, recruitment campaigns and social media Working alongside the Talent Acquisition team to ensure recruitment attraction objectives are achieved Good working knowledge of all recruitment marketing tools including TRAC (or alternative ATS), NHS Jobs and other job boards, Social Media Scheduling Tools, CRM, Intranet and Internet Pages including the creation of landing pages, video editing and content creation tools such as Canva In partnership with talent acquisition colleagues, to make recommendations for the continuous development of the Trust's attraction and recruitment service and to maintain excellent communications with job applicants, for whom contact with the Recruitment Team may be their first experience of the Trust Coordinate and support the creation and delivery of recruitment events, alongside the Marketing and Events Manager and to attend events to ensure smooth running and problem solving across the UK Please refer to the job description attached for a comprehensive list of duties, All new starters have a thorough induction process, both local and Trust wide, which aims to create a positive supportive working environment allowing new employees to learn key elements of their role over a reasonable timescale.
