Are you looking for a part-time office job in a professional but relaxed environment? Cartmell Pasternak & Associates, PC has an opening for a seasonal/part-time office administrative assistant for our CPA firm. The position would run from February 1 to April 15 and would be approximately 20 hours per week.
The position would primarily involve:
1. Organizing and scanning client tax data
2. Greeting clients
3. Answering the telephone
4. Filing of both paper and electronic documents
5. Processing tax returns for delivery to clients
6. Ordering office supplies
7. Other office administrative functions
A successful candidate would be detail-oriented and professional but also personable and energetic. Computer experience is required, and the ability to multi-task is essential. This would be an ideal position for a college student or a parent with school-aged children as we can be very flexible with the work schedule.
