Due to growth and expansion, we are looking to recruit a Project Manager to join our existing team to work alongside and be supported by our experienced Installation Project Managers. You will be supporting our well-known banking and retail customers through their project lifecycle. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the planning and execution of projects and programmes. Your duties will include planning, designing, executing, and monitoring every aspect of various projects with a view to lead on projects as your experience grows. This position works flexibly between home and one of our UK offices (Camberley, Tonbridge and Leeds), with occasional travel to other Cennox offices as required. This position works typical hours, however, there may be a need for occasional after hours and weekend work. Some key responsibilities will include: Manage the complete lifecycle of contracts through supply, delivery and installation. Manage labour and contractors throughout the UK by sourcing and maintaining links. Ensure suitable allocation of all operatives assigned to projects, referring to the skills matrix. Maintain accurate records and compliance with H&S training. Distribution of accurate and complete instructions and procedures to complete all work. Prepare all documentation for contracts relating to risk assessments and method statements, supplier orders, policies, and survey data reviews. Take control of financials to remain within budget. Working within customer specific SLAs. Attend customer sites and present at review meetings with accurate updates. Identify and resolve installation issues. Liaising with Technical managers ensuring security installations are carried out aligned with company standards and Electrical Qualifying Manager to comply with Electrical standards. Recognising areas for improvement, developing strategies and implementing solutions. To be successful in this role you will need: Qualifications and experience in Project Management Experience of managing site operations, including people resources and management Knowledge of ATM Project management, financial banking industry or security industry Experience of working within budgets whilst not compromising customer satisfaction Excellent communication skills at all levels of stakeholders' engagement, including demonstrable evidence of positive feedback from clients Experience in resourcing, scheduling and planning Ideally, you will hold a Full UK licence For more details on our requirements for this position, please get in touch with our recruitment team.
