We are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator. You will have experience in a similar role and will be joining a motivated and dynamic team based in Bellshill.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain and update employee details across HR systems and employee files
2. Administration of time and attendance systems, handling any queries relating to clocking In times.
3. Conduct regular reviews of HR data held to ensure compliance with GDPR
4. Administration of company pension scheme, company private healthcare plan and company cars, including keeping training spreadsheet and vehicle master spreadsheet fully up to date.
5. Benefits administration which includes gym memberships and cycle to work schemes.
6. Support with the collation of monthly HR statistics.
7. Support in the recruitment process including posting vacancies, sifting candidates, responding to candidate applications and support with 1st stage interviews
8. Manage the administration of the employee induction process, including creation of induction packs and induction plans for new joiners.
9. Administration of monthly payroll changes such as overtime, salary reviews and sickness days.
10. Ensuring HR administration process documentation is reviewed regularly and updates as required.
Experience/Education:
1. Previous experience in a similar HR administration role is desirable
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft office 365 package
3. Previous experience on HR and Learning Management software is desirable
4. Excellent organization skills with the ability to handle competing demands
5. Excellent communication skills, with an ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
6. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
7. Ability to build strong working relationships
