The Governors at Barnoldswick Church of England Primary School are seeking to appoint an inspirational, dynamic and motivated teaching assistant, who is passionate about ensuring every child reaches their full potential. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who:
• is an outstanding practitioner with a creative approach and determination to raise standards;
• has high expectations for pupil achievement and conduct and able to lead by example;
• has good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well as part of our team;
• is committed to working in partnership with the Church, local community and parents;
• For the role as a Teaching Assistant in Year One (19 hours 30 minutes a week), you will have experience of working with children in a classroom environment;
• For the role as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (13 hours a week), you will have experience of planning, preparing, delivering, assessing and marking learning activities for whole classes.

Essential Qualifications
• NVQ level 4 or above qualification
• Level 2 or equivalent qualification in English/Literacy and Mathematics/Numeracy
• HLTA or QTS Status
