New products & solutions being invested in by parent company Account Development Manager The Role: As a Account Development Manager you will be providing a range of hired solutions for power generation applications across the construction & industrial market sectors. Working alongside a regional Technical Engineering team, you will be targeting Main Contractors, Civil Engineering Contractors, Utilities Companies, Waste businesses and Industrial End Users across the UK to build on their existing portfolio and work in tandem with one other person to achieve the business revenue target. Other key applications in the region are: water treatment, utilities, power generation, process manufacturing, and pharmaceutical. This is a field based role and you will be carrying project based sales processes via leads & meetings coming in from the Internal Sales Team, as well as your own business development generation. As a remote based position, you will have the flexibility to work from the home office or from their sites across the UK. You will be dealing with all levels of decision makers externally whilst building key internal stakeholder relationships to ensure the team gets the most out of every project. This is a fast paced role due to the nature of the hire industry and the projects you will be supporting on can vary from a few weeks to years depending on the client requirement. You will be working in tandem with another Technical Engineer in the UK to ultimately work together and double the area's turnover in the coming years through further key client acquisition and development. Experienced in field based B2B sales
Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 DOE + £20k-25k OTE + Company Car (Plug In Hybrid) + 25 days holiday (Plus Bank Holidays) + Pension + Mobile/Laptop
