About the Role
The Quality Director is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of compliance and certification within Global Switch. The role ensures adherence to international standards, including ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security Management), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management). This position drives continuous improvement in management systems and fosters a culture of compliance across all business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and maintain a corporate strategy for the management systems in alignment with relevant standards.
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and customer requirements related to company adopted standards.
* Monitor and assess updates to ISO regulations and best practices, adjusting company policies and procedures accordingly.
* Develop the internal/external audit strategy in order to maintain company adopted accreditations and legal compliance
* Leading a team of specialists in various standards, manage and maintain the company accreditations and legal compliance.
* Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of quality professionals.
* By ensuring high-quality standards globally, the Quality Director helps build and maintain a strong brand reputation.
* Consistent quality across all regions enhances customer trust and loyalty, leading to increased market share.
* The Quality Director provides critical insights and data to inform strategic business decisions.
* Develop and maintain a roadmap for the continuous improvement of management systems.
* Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in compliance and risk management.

Key Requirements:
* Tertiary qualification in Quality Management, Environmental Science, Information Security, or a related field.
* In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, including ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and 45001.
* Proven experience in developing standards adoption strategy including ISO compliance and certification processes.
* Strong background in conducting internal and external audits.
* Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for global quality standards.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex quality challenges.
* Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and implement appropriate compliance measures.
