JOB DESCRIPTION
BCM Wilson Hill are a well-established multi-disciplined property consultancy with offices on the Isle of Wight, Winchester, Oxfordshire, and Petersfield. We advise on all areas of property including planning and development, sales, purchases, and lettings.
The Isle of Wight office is expanding, and we are seeking to recruit a driven and capable individual able to provide top-quality service to our clients.
This exciting role would be to support the Sales & Lettings Agency team with administrative duties.
The role is for a full-time position, although part-time may be considered for the right applicant.
The ideal candidate would have:
1. Excellent communication skills
2. Property/Estate Agency experience
3. Excellent IT skills
4. A full driving licence
5. Excellent organisational skills
6. Administration experience
Job outline:
1. Assisting the Sales & Lettings team with a range of administrative tasks
2. Liaising with applicants, consultants, purchasers, solicitors, and vendors
3. Booking/preparing market appraisals/reports, particulars, and viewings via Alto/Outlook
4. Research function to support the appraisal process
5. Administration of the sales process for properties from launch to completion
6. Marketing across several media platforms
