You will lead on education and training of all members of staff on G5 and F5HDU Transplant. You will work in collaboration with the ward manager and the lead nurse for transplant specialist nurses to broaden and deepen the skills and knowledge of our learners. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead on Transplant education to deliver and evaluate high quality education both in the classroom and clinical area. As part of the wider MDT, you will be pivotal in supporting all learners to develop their careers, expand their knowledge and skills through education and training. You will work in partnership with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of education aligns to the Trust strategy and the Heath Education England Quality Framework. Working in collaboration with the ward manager you will provide assurance to the Senior Management Team that educational governance and quality are a priority.
