The PMO Coordinator will provide comprehensive support and coordination of key activities for the EPR Programme with specific focus on both the strong governance of the programme and PMO functions. The post holder will be expected to collate, monitor progress, chase and report on workstream progress and support the PMO manager to maintain risk registers, plans, and dashboards.

This clinically led transformation Programme is a once-in-a-generation programme that will benefit patients and carers from across our geographic footprint as well as our staff from across our acute, community and social care settings.
Main duties of the job
The PMO Coordinator will support the Programme Management Office (PMO) & Office Manager with the coordination of EPR Programme Governance meetings, tracking and assurance of progress, risk reporting, by gathering information and data, compiling status summaries for the EPR Programme and providing administrative support to meetings and all aspects of programme planning and delivery.
The post holder will take overall responsibility for providing efficient day-to-day project support and administration services across the NHP. They will also be required to become a programme expert on the PMO software (currently Smartsheet) used for capturing, reporting and monitoring of performance information and data.
The post holder will operate at all times with reference to both the Programme's and the Trust's objectives and priorities ensuring the development of effective partnership working across the EPR Programme with key programme stakeholders from across the region.
The ideal candidate must have a flexible approach to meet the needs of the programme, be able to work to tight deadlines and handle a number of competing priorities at any one time.
Job responsibilities
1. Provide and receive complex or sensitive programme information, orally, in writing or electronically to inform work colleagues or other external contacts.
2. Provide complex or sensitive information to a range of stakeholders including but not limited to: the EPR Programme Senior Leadership Team, EPR Programme Project and Programme Managers, EPR Programme SROs, Trust Senior Leadership Teams, Operational and clinical staff from across the trust.
3. Actively support and contribute to the development of key performance indicators for the successful assessment of Programme progress and performance as well as risk management.
4. Plan and organise programme meetings as directed by the PMO & Office Manager, taking minutes and updating action logs as required.
Person Specification
* Relevant qualification to degree level or equivalent experience.
* Knowledge of administrative procedures, project management or information analysis.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Good knowledge of project principles.
* Strong organisational and time management skills and evidence of working in a systematic manner with the ability to re-prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
* Negotiating, networking and persuasive skills.
* Experience working in a PMO environment.

Salary: £29,970 to £36,483 a year (Per annum pro rata)
