A Typical Day in the Job: Helping diagnose malfunctioning systems, hardware and software using Event Viewer, Active Directory and Wireshark. Providing support both physically and virtually with updates, wireless connections, networks, cloud systems. Use Powershell and Microsoft scripting within Active Directory to administer security access and automate tasks. Logging and managing ICT technical support incidents and queries on Freshdesk ticketing system - ensuring work is delivered in line with agreed SLA's. Setting up new users - equipment configuration, granting access, implement policies. Testing new software and hardware and reporting on its suitability to the business Acting as a first point of contact to the colleagues, you will problem solve users technical questions to a wide range of abilities.
