Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Software Application Analyst to play a pivotal part in supporting and improving the software that drives our business forward. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires excellent technical skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, testing, and supporting software applications, as well as diagnosing and resolving application issues and errors. They will also communicate with developers, vendors, and other IT staff to coordinate fixes and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
* Configure, test, and support software applications.
* Diagnose and resolve application issues and errors.
* Communicate with developers, vendors, and other IT staff to coordinate fixes and enhancements.
* Escalate complex or urgent issues to senior members of the team.
* Document and report application performance, incidents, and feedback.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience working on software-related projects, preferably with experience of configuring, testing, and supporting Finova Core banking software or an equivalent banking platform.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to think quickly and handle multiple problems simultaneously.
* Confidence in investigating data issues, software bugs, hardware or software configuration issues.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
