An opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant based at University Hospital Crosshouse on a development opportunity until 31st July 2025.
What you will do:
The postholder is required to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Acute Management Team, promoting the organisation values as well as a positive team image. The role is wide ranging and involves supporting the PA Team with administrative duties in every domain of the role. The role involves setting up processes, development of databases and minute taking.
Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
Excellent communication, time management, and ability to prioritise your workload, are essential skills for this role. You will be expected to have an understanding of Microsoft Office with previous NHS Administrative experience.
Hours: 37 per week.
