Clerk to Governors Kilby St Mary's Primary School is looking for a highly effective and self-motivated Clerk to Governors to work with our governing body and leadership team. Hours - 100 hours per annum Grade 8 15-18 (£14.36 - £15.57) depending on experience. The duties include: • Providing advice to the governing body on governance, constitutional and procedural matters,
• Providing effective administrative support to the governing body, e.g. preparing agendas, taking minutes, circulating papers, etc.
• Ensuring the governing body is properly constituted.
• 'Flexible working - meetings are in the evenings in school but other administrative work is conducted from home'. You will have: • A professional manner
• Effective communication skills
• Experience of effective record keeping
• Strong IT skills
• Flexible attitude
