Experience of preparing learners for progression and accreditation as required. You don’t need formal maths and ICT qualifications—just confidence and expertise in integrating them into the ESOL curriculum. Applicants must have experience of teaching all levels from Pre-Entry to Level 2 EFL or ESOL and be flexible in approach to teach across 3 centres, and various community venues, in Thornton Heath, South Norwood, Croydon, and Purley. Teachers without a teaching qualification (Level 5 Diploma in Education & Training or equivalent) will be required to work towards the relevant qualifications. Tutors holding the equivalent to a Level 4 Certificate in Education & Training / Certificate in the Lifelong Learning Sector (CTLLS), or above, start at Pt 4 - £32.02 (including holiday) per hour.
