The Role
We are looking for a Marketing Communications Executive with a deep passion for motorbikes to take charge of our digital communication strategies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a small team environment and has hands-on experience setting up email campaigns and crafting communication flows via SMS and WhatsApp.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, automations and transactional flows to engage and retain customers across our buying and retail databases.
* Develop and manage SMS and WhatsApp communication flows to enhance customer interaction.
* Write compelling and engaging copy tailored to our motorbike-loving audiences.
* Analyse campaign performance and optimise content for better engagement and conversion.
* Collaborate with the broader team to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.
* Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, especially in direct communication and automation.
What We’re Looking For
* Passion for motorbikes – You live and breathe motorcycles and understand the riding lifestyle.
* Proven experience in email marketing and setting up communication flows (SMS, WhatsApp).
* Strong knowledge of email automation tools (e.g., Brevo, Mailchimp, HubSpot etc.).
* Experience with customer segmentation and personalisation strategies.
* A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
* Comfortable working in a small, fast-paced team and wearing multiple hats.
* Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
* Basic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for email visuals.
