Due to continuing expansion our client, a national manufacturing company is actively seeking an experienced, dedicated, and ambitious Telesales Executive to complement their growing team. Reporting to the Team Leader, duties to include: · Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about new products and services · Reply to queries and emails about company products and services · Establish customer requirements and close sales · Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed · Enter and update customer information in the database · Take and process orders in an accurate manner · Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation · Go the "extra mile" to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales · Recording details of each call and sale and note useful information As a successful Candidate you will possess proven experience as telesales representative or sales/customer service role together with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address client complaints. A good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software) and telephone systems could be beneficial but not essential as training will be given.
