This role is perfect for an individual with robust experience in Key Stage 1, who is enthusiastic about delivering high-quality education to young learners. Day-to-day of the role: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and educational lessons that comply with the Key Stage 1 curriculum. Assess and monitor the progress of students, providing necessary feedback to support their academic and personal growth. Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and the well-being of all students. Collaborate with other staff members to plan and coordinate educational activities and school events. Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians regarding their children's progress and any relevant classroom updates. Participate actively in staff meetings and contribute to the school community. Required Skills & Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with specific experience in Key Stage 1, ideally Year 2. Demonstrated ability to engage and inspire young children to foster a love of learning. Effective classroom management skills to create a safe and productive learning environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and colleagues.
