Job summary The University of North Midlands is looking to recruit an Estates Team Leader (Building) to work within the Estates Team at Royal Stoke University Hospital.You will be keen and enthusiastic working within a large team to assist in the management & provision of a high level of service to the hospital. Your duties will include day to day management of Estates craft staff & to be part of the building on call rota. Main duties of the job The candidate will ideally have experience of Leading a team, job allocation & FM systems ,Time management & staff PDR'S. It's essential that you are an effective team worker with the ability to provide support to other managers & colleagues within the Estates Department.
