Our client, a growing Energy Consultancy, is seeking a skilled Metering/Customer Service professional with expertise in portfolio management and end-to-end customer support. You will be responsible for onboarding customers, preparing tenders, handling Change of Tenancy (COT) requests, resolving objections and terminations, managing meter installations and removals, and addressing MOP & DCDA related cases. If you have experience working in the energy sector, are skilled in data analysis and possess excellent communication skills - APPLY NOW Key responsibilities: Managing customer portfolios (excluding sales) from onboarding to completion Setting up customers on internal CRM Prepare customers for tender Manage relationships with customers and supplier to handle queries Handling Change of Tenancy (COT) requests Resolving objections and terminations Managing meter installations and removals Addressing MOP & DCDA-related cases Skills and experience required: 3 years of experience in the Energy market - working for a utility supplier or consultancy Understanding of Energy account management processes - contracts/COT/MOPs/DCDAs Hardworking and reliable with experience of delivering high-quality customer service. You have a keen eye for detail, are analytical, and maintain accuracy under pressure. You demonstrate excellent interpersonal, and organisational/time management skills. You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
