The ideal candidate will have:
* At least one year’s experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty industry.
* Experience in content creation for social media (Photography, videography, graphics).
* Knowledge of Adobe Software.
* Knowledge of scheduling tools.
Key responsibilities:
* Responsible for all elements of organic and paid social media, including new content creation, copywriting, scheduling, reporting, and community management.
* Develop and implement channel strategy for each platform and adapt the overall strategy where needed.
* Optimise social media posts (language, tone, message) based on target audience’s behaviour.
* Drive the brands' consistent tone of voice across marketing materials & platforms, creating copy for all social media platforms.
* Be the point person for customer service queries.
* Understand all elements of social commerce functions and support the rollout of new technologies.
* Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for all social platforms.
* Identify and work with content creators on a gifting basis to produce UGC to implement into the social strategy.
* Responsible for the image bank, updating and sharing with commercial teams.
* Find new like-minded partners for social competitions to drive awareness and following growth.
* Manage community relationships to increase loyal following, engagement rates, and drive traffic to the website.
* Research social media trends and provide strategic recommendations based on learnings.
* Conduct weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reviews of analytics.
* Work with the Head of Marketing on all content creation concepts, internal or external, including briefing, planning, shooting, etc.
