My exciting client are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. Location: Evesham (3 days on-site, up to 2 days remote) Job Type: Full-time, 12-month Fixed Term Contract The role involves supporting the Group CEO and the Managing Director. The successful candidate will handle a variety of responsibilities aimed at optimising efficiency and productivity. Day-to-day of the role: Manage the Group CEO’s calendar, ensuring effective time management and scheduling meetings. Organise complex travel itineraries with a focus on preferences and cost-effectiveness. Filter incoming calls and emails, prioritising actions and keeping the Group CEO informed. Create and refine documents, presentations, and reports to support business activities. Ensure the Group CEO is fully briefed and prepared for all meetings, organising meeting materials and capturing action items. Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, liaising on behalf of the Group CEO. Prioritise tasks and responsibilities according to their urgency and importance, ensuring smooth daily operations. Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion. Manage day-to-day office administration, including managing service providers and facilities, and ordering stationery and equipment. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2 years in a similar role, supporting at Director level. High standards of numeracy and literacy, ideally supported by a degree and/or relevant business or project management qualification. IT literacy with proficiency in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience in building reports and presentations. Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills.
