As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in maintaining a positive work environment and ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
* Supervise and support store associates in their daily tasks.
* Schedule shifts and manage time-off requests to ensure adequate staffing.
* Conduct on-the-job training for new employees and ongoing training for existing staff.
* Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
Customer Service:
* Ensure that all customers receive prompt and friendly service.
* Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Operational Oversight:
* Manage opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and balancing registers.
* Oversee inventory management, including receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and conducting inventory counts.
* Ensure that all store policies and procedures are followed.
Sales and Merchandising:
* Monitor sales performance and work with the team to achieve sales targets.
* Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product displays and drive sales.
* Assist in planning and executing promotional events and activities.
Health and Safety:
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for staff.

Qualifications:
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in retail or food service.
Education:
* Associate degree, Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
