Our client, a market-leading commercial services company, is currently recruiting a Service Coordinator to join their planned and reactive maintenance Department. The Service Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance with our team of engineers, based on customer location, machine requirements, and engineer availability.\n\nKey Responsibilities for the Service Coordinator:\n\nProactively contact customers to discuss, negotiate, and finalise maintenance agreements for their machines\nCommunicate scheduled visit details with both customers and engineers, ensuring expectations are clear and well-managed.\nMaintain an organised database of customer contracts, including contract status, renewal dates and machine details\nPrepare reports on contract status, renewal dates, and maintenance schedulesSkills Required for the Service Coordinator:\n\nUp to 2 years experience in Coordination/Scheduling - desirable but not essential\nStrong customer service background\nKeyboard/Personal computer skills\nMultitasking and problem-solving skills\nStrong written and spoken communicationPlease apply as directed
