Technical Staffing Resources (TSR) are the in-house agency and master vendor for KBR, a leading global engineering, construction, and services company.

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst (x3) for a 3-year contract based in Warrington or Cumbria.
Hybrid working of 3 days in the office and 2 from home is on offer.
This opportunity is to manage the delivery of IT Business Analysis in support of the Sellafield Project & Programme Partner (PPP) engagement.
Core Responsibilities and Duties:
General:

Specific:
* Undertake workshops to establish business needs/requirements and translate these into defined outcomes, outputs, use cases, or user stories.
* Write and design process maps.
* Engage with stakeholders to plan and undertake Requirements Workshops and reviews.
* Work with Enterprise Architects to review existing solutions and assess their suitability to deliver the required outcomes and outputs identified by the Business Analyst.
* Collaborate with Business stakeholders to develop Demand requests and associated Governance documents to allow solutions to be identified and ultimately delivered.
* Collate, consolidate, and control changes to business requirements and maintain the Requirements Register.
* Maintain audit trails of stakeholder engagement, sign-off or confirmation of requirements by stakeholders, and confirmation of the transmittal document exchange process between PPP and stakeholders including SL.
* Develop validation rules, quality criteria, and quality reviews to confirm requirements have been satisfied.
* Prepare business requirements, document ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ processes, and deliver process flows.
* Formally document functions.
* Write process documentation.
Experience and Skills:
* Experience of engaging with the Business to identify and document their requirements primarily as outcomes or outputs.
* Experience of delivering the analysis of complex projects and programmes, including clear examples where analysis undertaken has informed decisions of key stakeholders on programmes, driving value for money.
* Experience of business case development and value/benefits mapping.
* Ability to present ideas in a business-friendly, plain English way.
* Strong facilitation skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
* Proven ability to integrate well into a team and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
* Highly self-motivated.
* Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite, particularly strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
* Understanding of Business Analysis frameworks, value cycles, business processes, business requirements, and UAT methodologies, applying these appropriately.
* Previous experience of working in a regulatory-driven environment.
* Previous experience of delivering within a transformation programme.
Qualifications:
* Degree level qualification ideally in an IT/IM discipline.
* ITIL Foundation and Practitioner.
Successful candidates will need to be granted UK Security (BPSS) clearance prior to starting the role.
