1st Line Support Oxford (Onsite) £25k to £26k DOE DXP Talent are looking for an enthusiastic 1st Line Support Engineer to be based onsite 5 days a week in Oxford with a market leading Business. This is a great opportunity for someone with 6 to 12 months IT experience to join a growing business and develop your IT skills and progress your career. You'll be enthusiastic, eager to learn, have great communication skills and have a passion for IT demonstrated by having previous experience or having certifications/qualifications to back up your interest. Day to day you'll be responding to tickets logged on the ITSM and being the 1st point of contact for users across the business and be providing outstanding customer service to keep users updated.
