Position Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Qualification Specialist to join our dynamic team. This self-employed role allows you to work from anywhere and set your own hours. The primary responsibility of this position is to qualify leads for our business by engaging potential customers, understanding their needs, and confirming their interest in our products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Qualify leads through inbound and outbound communication (phone, email, or other platforms).
2. Engage with potential clients, assess their needs, and determine their suitability for our products/services.
3. Accurately capture and document lead information in our CRM system.
4. Provide a seamless transition of qualified leads to the next step in the sales process.
5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
6. Track and report on lead qualification metrics.
7. Manage your own schedule and workload to maximize productivity.
Key Requirements:
1. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or lead qualification is preferred.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Self-motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision.
4. Ability to work from home or any location with internet access.
5. Comfortable with commission-based compensation, where you are paid per qualified lead.
6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
7. A positive attitude and a drive to succeed!
