The Business Manager will lead the Finance, Business Administration & HR, Marketing & Communications, and Procurement & Contracts teams, comprising a total of 12 people, with 4 team managers. Reporting directly to the NIHR BioResource Director and serving as a key member of the Senior Management Team, the Business Manager will shape strategy, oversee operations, and provide leadership to ensure the BioResource achieves its ambitious goals. The role is integral to advancing the BioResource's mission, enabling health research that improves lives and reduces health inequalities.

The NIHR BioResource seeks an experienced Business Manager to lead and innovate across our Finance, Marketing, HR, and Procurement teams.
