At TP Tutors, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate tutors to provide 1:1 tuition for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and other additional needs. With multiple positions available, we are continuously recruiting to meet the diverse needs of our students, ensuring each one receives the personalized support they deserve.
Job Duties:
* Provide 1:1 support, creating tailored learning strategies for students with SEND.
* Develop individualized learning plans based on each student’s unique needs and abilities.
* Implement engaging teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
* Regularly monitor and assess student progress, adjusting strategies as needed.
* Collaborate with other professionals to create a positive and supportive learning environment.
Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills:
* A relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) teaching or an equivalent qualification.
* Experience working with students with diverse learning needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Understanding of different learning styles and the ability to adapt teaching methods.
* Patience, resilience, and the ability to inspire confidence in students.
