Reporting to the Head of Impact & Governance and working closely with other members of the Impact & Governance team, we seek an Insights & Impact Manager to deliver insights that support informed decision making across the Charities. This role will be critical in shaping and embedding the Impact Framework and ensuring that Sight Scotland have the processes, systems and infrastructure in place to make effective decisions in delivering on the charities mission. It will also measure progress by successfully facilitating input from colleagues, against framework, ensuring stakeholders understand the outcomes of the organisation's work. This is an excellent opportunity where you will have autonomy and scope to drive operational and analytical areas of the Insights & Impact approach and take ownership of your own objectives. This role requires a creative thinker, with an innovative approach to problem-solving and insight generation. You'll have a passion for using data to understand and shape outcomes, with a keen interest in continuously learning and improving. We're looking for someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills, who can confidently present complex ideas clearly and persuasively and the ability to tailor communication to a variety of audiences, including senior leadership, staff, and external stakeholders. You will have the knowledge and understanding of data analysis and interpretation demonstrated through professional qualifications or equivalent experience. As our Insights & Impact Manager, you will be expected to be an ambassador for Sight Scotland and combine your analytical skills with creativity to communicate your findings, helping to shape the direction and success of the charities' mission.
