Senior Marketing Executive
TSRN are working with a leading compliance client who are looking to recruit a Senior Marketing Executive to cover a maternity leave.
The successful candidate will be an important part of the client global marketing team and will be a driver in the direction of the client brand, including both digital and social marketing aspects.
Key Duties:
1. Deliver ongoing content and campaign plans to increase lead and revenue generation and sustainable business growth from all stakeholders.
2. Be involved in the creation, organisation, and publication of all marketing activities in line with marketing plans, including copywriting, PR, promotions, webinars, events, seminars, and communication activities.
3. Plan and implement promotional campaigns aligned with the commercial strategy and campaign plans.
4. Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measure results.
5. Work closely with the Global Marketing Manager and wider Corporate Marketing team to ensure regular review of content and accurate promotion of client services.
6. Help create, implement, and measure social media content across various channels.
7. Be involved in delivering digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing online presence, simplifying the customer journey, and delivering exceptional customer service.
8. Conduct regular market research activity and analysis with particular reference to competitor analysis, fee analysis, market share, and market trends, and feed this back into the content and campaign plans and management.
Requirements:
1. A Bachelor's degree with significant marketing or business content or a wealth of relevant experience within marketing.
2. Previous experience managing relationships with agencies and suppliers.
3. Extensive knowledge, skills, and experience of all aspects of marketing theories and practice (including working in a fast-paced marketing environment).
4. Digital marketing skills and experience, including both social media and website maintenance/development.
5. Exceptional copywriting skills and creative thinking.
6. Ability to work as a team player and engage with a variety of audiences.
