IT Account Manager
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 plus bonus (OTE £80,000+)
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

As the new IT Account Manager, you’ll be the face they trust, the person who knows how to help, and the one who can explain tech in plain English. You’ll manage existing relationships and find new opportunities, but most importantly, you’ll do it in a way that feels human and straightforward.

Building genuine relationships: You’ll be the go to contact for clients, helping them get the most out of their IT.
Managing and renewing accounts: Keeping existing agreements running smoothly while identifying opportunities to add more value.
Spotting new opportunities: You’ll understand how to solve real world IT problems, expanding services and growing your client base.
Face to face interactions: Visiting clients within 90 miles of Sheffield to keep those relationships personal and long lasting.
Working with technical teams: You don’t need to know every wire or software update, but you’ll work alongside tech experts to deliver seamless support.
Representing the brand: You’ll attend networking events, promote their reputation, and reinforce why they’re the trusted choice for IT solutions. What you’ll bring:
A proven background in IT sales or account management.
A solid understanding of IT systems, including hardware, software, and VoIP solutions.
Strong communication skills, able to explain tech simply and clearly.
A proactive, relationship driven approach that makes clients trust you.
The ambition and drive to go beyond expectations, delivering real results.
