What youll be doing? This role will cover our properties and estates in Bath and surrounding areas (Peasedown, Radstock and Paulton), therefore you must have a full clean DRIVING LICENSE (please state this on your application). The role of a Cleaner will ensure that the communal areas of our properties, and open spaces in Bath and surrounding areas (Peasedown, Radstock and Paulton), reflect our ambition to provide great properties and places for our customers. This role will be working in a team of two with the daily working hours normally starting at 7am and finishing at 3pm. Key duties include: Scheduled cleaning of communal areas, including refuse and recycling areas, ensuring that they are maintained in a hygienic, clean and presentable condition. Report back any Health and Safety concerns, work with colleagues to achieve best outcomes for our customers. Why join Curo? The ideal candidate will be able to not only provide up front solutions to customers, but also have the ability to make quick informed decisions. You will also have the aptitude to work with mobile technology and demonstrate a commitment to delivering first class customer service, ensuring communal services are carried out to a high standard. Candidates must also possess a full, clean driving licence as you will be required to drive one of our Curo vans.
