The Role
This position presents an ideal opportunity for a Senior Associate Family Solicitor or existing Partner seeking a new challenge. You will steer the already strong and established Family Department through a dynamic phase of expansion.
As a senior figure in the team, you will oversee three fee-earners, a paralegal, and a legal secretary, managing all aspects of privately funded family affairs. Your involvement in the team's progress and expansion is pivotal. Hence, prior supervisory experience is highly valued.
This role promises exceptional prospects, including Partnership, in alignment with the company's growth trajectory.
The Ideal Candidate:
1. Must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at least 5 years PQE
2. Being a collaboratively trained Family lawyer and a member of Resolution would be advantageous, though not essential
3. In your senior capacity, you will guide, mentor, and train junior and mid-level fee-earners, positively shaping the department's success. Therefore, prior leadership experience is highly desirable
