We are seeking an Associate level to join our team to work on a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most iconic and historically significant buildings in the United Kingdom. The salary range is £54,700 - £62,000 per annum.
Essential Qualifications:
* Essential AABC or RIBA SCA / CA accreditation
* Strong project delivery and management skills
* Proficiency in design, technical
* Strong experience in conservation / heritage projects - experience needed
* In-depth knowledge of UK Building and Planning regulations
* Experience across all RIBA stages
* Client communication skills
* Experience with NEC4 contracts; NEC Supervisor role is a plus
* Proficiency in Revit
Responsibilities:
* Lead projects from concept to delivery
* Engage in business development and client relations
* Manage and mentor team members
* Support long-term strategies for working on the heritage project
* Identify and secure new project opportunities
