Job Title: Administrator

Contract: Temp – Perm after 12 weeks
Our client is a growing and dynamic transport company dedicated to providing reliable and efficient logistics solutions. They are looking for a detail-oriented and organised individual to join our team in an Administrator role.
The Administrator will primarily support their finance and operations teams by entering and updating cost-related data into their in-house system. This is a fundamental role that ensures their records are accurate, allowing their teams to make informed decisions and maintain effective operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately input costings and related information into the company’s system in a timely manner.
* Double-check entries for accuracy and completeness.
* Organize and maintain electronic files related to invoices, receipts, and other financial records.
* Regularly update the system with any necessary revisions to ensure data is current.
* Assist in generating basic reports based on data entries as required.
Skills Required
* A strong eye for detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Proficiency with basic computer applications (MS Office, especially Excel) and ability to learn in-house software.
* Strong organizational skills to manage files and records effectively.
* Basic verbal and written communication skills for interacting with team members as necessary.
* Dependable and able to complete tasks on time.
