Summary
We have a rare opportunity for a Community, Participation and Volunteering Manager to join our team. This highly strategic role will play an important part within the portfolio’s Leadership Team, supporting the General Manager across the portfolio with priority aspects of community engagement and participation. You’ll do this by sharing key messages, information and decision making at the right time in the right way to keep key collaborators and everyone who loves to visit locally involved and engaged in what’s happening. As well as ensuring our onsite team are fully engaged and involved with our projects, our ways of working and the impact of the work we do with the local community.
Contract: Fixed Term – 2 Years

Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be part of the Property Leadership Team as one of seven departmental leads. The Northumberland Coast’s importance for wildlife and as a tourist destination is becoming increasingly recognised.
