Customer Service Hull £25,500-£26,500 Your new company You will be joining an established logistics company in Hull as a customer service representative in their growing team. Your new role Working alongside your colleagues in the customer service and freight forwarding teams, you will be the first point of contact for your clients, keeping them updated on the status of their orders from query to delivery, updating on any delays/changes to their orders and providing cost-effective solutions to any issues. You will be a strong communicator and be able to provide excellent customer service, contributing to and building on the company's excellent reputation. What you'll need to succeed You will have a strong proven record for customer service. If this is from the logistics sector, this would be beneficial. Strong communicator - written and verbal. Able to work to deadlines and adapt to changing priorities. A team player and strong collaborator. What you'll get in return £25,500-£26,500 starting salary Monday-Friday working MUST be able to work different daytime shift patterns between the hours of 07.00-19.00.
