Production Supervisor Dunmurry £30,000 Evening Shift (3pm 11pm) Black Fox Solutions are working alongside our client, based in Dunmurry, to recruit a Production Supervisor. Reporting directly to the Production Manager, you will manage and coordinate operations within a designated area of the plant in a manner which maximises performance of Operators and Machines, within the goals established for Quality, Health & Safety, and the Environment. What We Require: Experience and proven ability to Supervise General Operatives and Manage resources effectively A Good Knowledge of the manufacturing production process from Intake to End of Line An ability to multitask without feeling pressured Good at analysing, problem solving and being innovative in introducing new ideas.
