In this dual role, you will be required to provide data-driven insights and high-level administrative support.
Role Overview
As a Sales Data Analyst & Personal Assistant, you will analyse sales data to improve conversion rates, reduce customer drop-offs, and optimise spending. You will support the Sales Director and team with strategic insights and manage schedules, meetings, and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Analysis:
o Optimise conversion rates by analysing sales funnel metrics.
o Monitor and analyse customer drop-offs to develop retention strategies.
o Assess customer spend data to identify trends and maximise revenue.
o Develop reports and dashboards for the sales team and senior management.
o Track KPIs related to sales efficiency, revenue growth, and customer retention.
o Propose data-driven initiatives to drive growth and improve customer engagement.
2. Personal Assistance:
o Manage the Sales Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel.
o Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the Sales Director.
o Prepare materials and agendas for meetings.
o Track and manage action items for the Sales Director.
o Assist in organising sales events and client visits.
Required Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in sales or manufacturing; administrative experience is a plus.
* Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
* Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting complex data sets.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Attention to detail and ability to provide accurate data analysis.
* Professionalism and discretion with sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics or related field/similar experience.
* Experience in manufacturing or B2B sales.
* Advanced data skills (machine learning, predictive analytics, R, Python).
* Knowledge of project management software and methodologies.
Hours:
* 07:30 – 16:30 Monday – Friday, 07:00 – 16:00 on Wednesdays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
