Role Overview:
We are seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations at one of our prestigious customer sites. In this role, you will support our Area Manager in supervising on-site cleaning operatives, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring strong client relationships. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential, as you will interact with a diverse range of clients and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Area Manager in fulfilling client requirements and promoting a collaborative approach.
• Oversee cleaning services at your assigned site, ensuring high standards of service delivery.
• Act as a key contact for cleaning operatives, motivating the team and maintaining morale.
• Conduct regular inspections and spot checks to ensure cleaning standards are upheld.
• Prepare monthly reports detailing work completed, issues encountered, and resolutions.
• Ensure all cleaning staff are trained and equipped to perform their duties to the highest standard.
• Manage administrative tasks, including timesheet processing and stock ordering.
• Assist with onboarding new employees and coordinate with payroll as needed.
• Be available to perform cleaning duties as required to ensure service continuity.
• Respond promptly to any issues or requests, providing feedback to clients and the Area Manager.
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies at all times.
Requirements:
• Proficient in verbal and written English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role within cleaning or facilities management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing needs.
