Are you passionate about sales and eager to represent a prestigious global brand in the luxury car sector? Our client, a world leader in the luxury car industry, is looking for a dynamic Outbound Sales Advisor to join their busy team for a 12-month contract. If you're a self-motivated sales professional with a flair for building relationships and converting leads, this is the role for you!
Rotating shifts; 1 week 09:00 - 17:30 and then 1 week 11:00 - 19:30
The Role:
1. Make outbound calls to potential customers, engaging them with high-quality service and product knowledge.
2. Convert potential customers into committed leads, driving sales and achieving KPI targets.
3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of GDPR and client-specific requirements.
4. Deliver first-class customer service on every interaction, ensuring a positive customer experience.
5. Collaborate with retailers and dealer networks to share leads and sales opportunities, fostering strong relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Previous experience working in a regulated sales environment is preferred.
2. Proven ability to self-motivate and achieve KPIs.
3. Strong rapport-building skills with an ability to quickly establish relationships with customers.
4. A team player who can also work independently.
5. Exceptional attention to detail.
