WHAT'S ON OFFER Permanent position Salary up to £35,000 £2K annual bonus Full-time Hybrid working Holidays: 23 days increasing with service Parking Pension THE JOB ROLE BUSINESS SUPPORT MANAGER Lead, mentor, and motivate the business support team to meet performance goals Recruit, train, and performance manage the business support team Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and training sessions Ensure orders are inputted on the system Contact customers with queries Manage the sales support inboxes and orders throughout the day or action Liaise with the sales team to ensure customer orders are created with accuracy Ensure that the company systems/contact management system are complete Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and issues across multiple channels (phone, email, chat, social media). Address and resolve escalated customer complaints or complex issues Monitor customer interactions to ensure high-quality service standards Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners Additional duties and projects THE IDEAL PERSON Proven management experience Experience within administration and customer environment Good knowledge of Microsoft office Exceptional time management skills Strong written and verbal skills You may have experience in addition to this which we will be happy to discuss.
