A growing group of reputable sports and lifestyle brands are looking for an Operations Assistant to join their Watford team. Your key responsibilities include tracking Purchase Orders (POs) from customers, resolving order-related queries, and managing data in the ERP system. You'll send POs to factories, provide sales order confirmations to customers, and coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
Additional tasks include processing stock into inventory, sending weekly order books, coordinating delivery schedules, and addressing customer concerns. You'll handle queries from credit control and finance, manage salesman samples, and ensure accurate reporting throughout each sales season. Support for the Operations team with ad-hoc tasks and assistance with other duties as needed is also required.
We are seeking a candidate with strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail, who can meet strict deadlines. Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word is essential, along with the ability to quickly learn our ERP system. Strong communication, follow-up skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team environment are key. A self-starter with a solution-oriented mindset who can manage their own workload is required. Industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
