As a Technical Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving the company's strategic goals, utilising both your technical knowledge and sales acumen.
You will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional sales service with technical expertise.
* Building collaborative relationships within the sales team and across departments.
* Managing and responding to customer sales inquiries with technical accuracy.
* Preparing tailored quotations for technical products or services.
* Following up on quotations to drive successful sales outcomes.
* Cold calling potential customers and expanding the client base with technical solutions.
* Ensuring compliance with ISO17025 and ISO9001 processes.
What We Are Looking For:
* Previously worked as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar role, preferably within a technical or engineering setting.
* Proven experience in sales, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical information.
* A background in Engineering or Physics is essential to effectively support technical sales efforts.
* Strong decision-making skills with an ability to understand and interpret customer needs.
* Exceptional organisational and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Outlook.
